Shipping & Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our skincare and personal care products, the following conditions apply to returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept return requests only for products that:

  • have not been opened or used,
  • remain in their original packaging,
  • and are requested within 7 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • your order number,
  • clear photos of the product,
  • and a brief explanation of the issue.

Our team will carefully review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once the return has been approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

International Orders & Customs

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees required by their country’s customs regulations.

Parrolle is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes or unpaid import charges.
